| Training The growth of the GRUPO COMSA requires constant training that fosters the development of its human capital. In this sense, more than 60% of the staff have this year taken part in training programmes for their technical, professional or managerial development, which took up almost 30,000 productive hours dedicated to training (including technical abilities, languages, personal skills, amongst others). In the same way, the incorporation of the new technologies at the service of training through the new Virtual Classroom at the GRUPO COMSA was significant. Thanks to efficient management and to ambitious objectives in the training area, human resources have become, for the GRUPO COMSA, a sure option in a changing, increasingly competitive setting.
